Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for defects or size issues. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

Open video is mandatory for all exchanges. Once approved by the RuffleTrends team, customers must courier the item within 2 days and share the tracking details.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if the item is:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• Unworn
• In original packaging

Return Shipping

Customer has to pay for return shipping, except if the item is damaged or wrong.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale/discounted items
• Accessories
• Custom or altered products
• Shipping charges

Processing Time

Processing time is 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Refund Policy

No Refunds are Encouraged for any Returns.
