We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Shipping is available to:

• All major cities in India
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
• Rural areas (subject to courier service availability)

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time may be longer during sale periods or high-demand seasons.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on your location:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
• Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or remote locations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

• Order value
• Delivery location
• Package weight and dimensions

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1000 within India. For orders below ₹1000, standard shipping charges apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A shipping confirmation email with tracking number
• SMS updates on your registered mobile number
• Real-time tracking information via our website

You can track your order by logging into your account and visiting "My Orders" or by using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail:

• The package will be returned to our warehouse
• You will be contacted to arrange an alternative delivery
• A restocking fee may apply if the order is cancelled

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. Shipping charges apply per shipment.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Orders are delivered within one week after dispatch. Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight.
